All our products are covered by a warranty . For private individuals within the European Union, the warranty is 2 years , while for companies with VAT number it is 3 years . Outside the EU, the warranty lasts 1 year .
Account
Registering an account on our site is a convenient way to always keep track of your orders.
The procedure is simple: click on the little man icon at the top of the menu, then select " Create Account " at the bottom. You will be redirected to a page where you will have to enter your Name, Surname, Email and Password, then confirm the registration by clicking on "Create".
After creation, you will receive a confirmation email and you will be able to immediately access your account to monitor the status of your orders.
You can update the shipping address for your orders directly from your account.
Go to the " Account Details " section, click on " View Addresses " and from there you can edit or delete a previously saved address. You will also have the option to add a new shipping address associated with your account.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on " Forgot your password? " in the account section and following the recovery instructions.
You can change the shipping address for your orders by logging into your account .
To do this, click on the little man icon at the top right of the site, whether from a PC or smartphone, then log in by entering the email used for the purchase and your account password.
